Our staff will meet with both hosts and guests individually to discuss daily routines and preferred styles of interaction.

Based on the interviews, we will introduce candidates whose values and lifestyles are most compatible with yours.

Setting House Rules
We help establish house rules covering meals, cleaning, curfews, and other daily matters to ensure respect for each other’s privacy and habits.

Agreement & Move-in
Once the rules are agreed upon, the contract is signed. Our staff will be present on move-in day to ensure a smooth start.
